Job Description

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Higher School Certificate with experience in customer service environment

2. Ready to work on weekends and public holidays (NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE)

3. Good typing skills and ability to multitask

4. Self motivated, positive attitude and customer-focused

5. Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment as well as proactive

6. Excellent written and spoken English is a must

7. Hardworking with a ‘’Can Do’’ attitude

8. Candidate must have a Computer/laptop with minimum 4GB memory/ Core i3 processor, with a RELIABLE internet connection

WORKING HOURS:

08:00 - 17:00

17:00 - 02:00

00:00 - 09:00
