Mauritius established itself in the Call Centre/Business Process Outsourcing industry some fifteen years ago, supporting clients in North America and Europe, and has developed a strong balance in both voice and Business Process Outsourcing functions. Our successes in this area have been significant and with a staff of multilingual operators, we have been able to retain and develop skilled staff with low rates of absenteeism. This, in turn, has enabled us to attain very successful ramping up of new client solutions, managing growth rates of 600% in eight months and increasing from 100 agents to over 700 agents for eight clients.

Most of our employees have at least two years tertiary education and the local high-end hospitality industry is an important recruitment source as IT based jobs are regarded as being more prestigious.
